Mt 11:28-30 Jesus said to the crowds: “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”
I find this reading especially comforting this morning. I had several things that I had been struggling with in the past half year that I prayed about and finally in the last two days had simply in my heart and mind turned it over to Jesus. I had done all I could do at that point and am just asking God to lead me or speak to me for any further actions or paths. It is an overwhelming relief to be able to give worries over to Jesus and recognize that it is in God's hands at all times what will happen next and Jesus will be walking with me every day and every place I go.
